The Caravan Club has been voted Caravan Magazine’s Insurer of the Year 2008, following their annual secret shopper survey.
In the industry’s biggest ever caravan insurance awards, our experts assessed 18 providers. Its team of researchers embarked on mystery shopping trips to obtain sample quotations and see how well the customer was treated.
The providers that most impressed Caravan’s experts over a range of categories won one of Caravan’s Awards for Excellence. These winners are as follows:

Congratulations to your winners, I only wish we'd had our improvements to cover ready to be judged in time. From 1st February 2008 our policy, underwritten by NIG, has 90 days European Cover as standard and unlike some policies this includes repatriation costs. New for old is available for caravans up to 10 years old subject to qualification and alternative accomodation is now up to £75 per day for up to 15 days.
